Peartree House is split into two distinct and separate units: one for Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) comprising 22 beds; the other for Mental Health comprising 9 beds. These beds are all located within the main, central building.
Peartree House is located in a quiet suburb of Southampton, with easy access to a full variety of community facilities. It is a Grade II listed building with 1960's extensions which have been upgraded and imaginatively refurbished to an impressively high standard and offers comfortable well maintained surroundings for its residents.
All rooms are single, individually designed, and tastefully decorated bed sitting rooms, each having their own nurse call system. There are four separate recreational areas as well as an occupational therapy department and well equipped physiotherapy department.
In addition there are four studio flats, a four bedroomed house (Wyndcroft) and four bungalows all located on the main site.
