Wyndcroft is open!
Wyndcroft is a 4 bed house with a highly adapted environment enabling residents to control more aspects of the environment. Wyndcroft will provide ABI quality of life maintenance care with some slow stream rehabilitation components. The residents will be supported by support workers with input from nursing and therapy staff in the main house as required.
The main staff team would be 2 support workers on each shift. Therapy input would be decided on a resident need basis and will be delivered from the main house. To enable the residents there to continue to be supported towards robust quality of life outcomes, OTAs employed in the main house will continue to support the residents there with any rehab goals, activities and enhanced access to the community.
Family members who have recently visited the house reported that they were very impressed with the homely environment.
