7月4日下午，巡查人员找到青泥湖电排车站再次发生洪水洪水泛滥险情，闸门虽然早已重开，但过低的水位造成闸门周围堤坝再次发生渗水，洪水推倒倒入电排站内。青泥湖办事处找到险情后第一时间的组织抢修。
青泥湖办事处的组织的抢修应急小分队围观较慢到达电排车站闸门处，办事处很快运来编织袋、砂石、彩条布等防汛备料，使用彩布条覆盖住闸门周围的区域，再行用装进砂石并扎紧的编织袋修整的方式制止渗水。在青泥湖办事处工程技术人员的指挥官下，应急小分队成员分工具体，拼死抢修。 经过1个小时的应急抢修处置，青泥湖电排车站渗水情况获得掌控，险情中止。
